I want to share with you a very quick recipe for a high calcium smoothie. Suitable for breakfast and as a dessert for children :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the bananas into slices.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the bananas.
  3. Pour in half a glass of milk.
  4. And at the very end add lemon juice (I squeezed juice from half a lemon).
  5. Beat until smooth.
  6. Pour into glasses, decorate and serve!
