Bean salad with liver

A quick salad with beans and liver always saves me.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the liver, boil in salted water. Cool down. Cut into straws.
  2. Peel and wash onions and carrots. Onion cut into cubes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Heat up the pan. Melt 30 g butter. Sauté onion and carrot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
  4. Put the liver in a bowl, add canned beans.
  5. Add fried onions and carrots. Pepper and salt. Fill with mayonnaise. Mix everything well.
  6. Put the bean salad in a salad bowl. Decorate with greenery. Salad with beans and liver can be served.
