Beet and orange salad

Very tasty, light, lady's salad of baked beets, with orange and cheese.

Ingredients

• Beets - 1 pc.
• Orange - 1 pc.
• Hard cheese - 50 g
• Salt - to taste
• Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. spoons

Directions

1. We bake beets in the microwave.
2. Cool the beets, three on a coarse grater.
3. Peel the orange, cut into cubes.
4. Three cheese on a fine grater.
5. Now we collect the salad:
6. - 1 layer - beets;
7. - 2 layer - orange, sprinkle with oil;
8. - 3 layer - cheese.
