Healthy beet cutlets can be fried or steamed. I want to show you the recipe for cooking beet cutlets in the oven - they turn out to be even more appetizing, with a ruddy crust and tender!

  1. Rinse and peel the beets. Grate it on a fine grater or chop it in a blender.
  2. Chop the onion finely and add to the beets.
  3. Grate the cheese too and put it in a bowl with the beets.
  4. Beat in an egg.
  5. Add sour cream and semolina. If the minced meat turns out to be watery, add more semolina.
  6. Knead the minced meat, add spices and herbs to taste (chop the herbs finely). Taste the minced meat and add salt if necessary.
  7. You can form the cutlets yourself, for these purposes I use a very convenient silicone mold. Send them to an oven preheated to 200 C for about 20 minutes.
  8. You can serve ready-made beet cutlets in the oven with sour cream, herbs and fresh vegetables. Bon Appetit!
