Beet salad "Pink Flamingo"

Ingredients

• Boiled beets - 200 g
• Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Crab sticks - 100 g
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
• Sour cream 20% - 2 tbsp. l.
• Garlic - 1 tooth.

Directions

1. Grinding crab sticks
2. Grate the cheese on a grater.
3. Grind eggs with a grater
4. We rub the beets
5. For dressing, mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add chopped garlic and salt if necessary. Add to salad and mix.
6. Put the salad in a culinary ring, lightly tamp with a spoon.
7. I recommend sending the salad for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
