Beet salad with prunes

Bright beetroot salad with a spicy note and a sweetish aftertaste. Suitable for a festive table, and on weekdays.

Ingredients

• Sweet beets - 4 pcs.
• Prunes - 70 g
• Walnuts - 70 g
• Mayonnaise - to taste

Directions

1. Boil beets until soft.
2. Pour boiling water over prunes for 15 minutes.
3. Peel nuts.
4. Peel the boiled beetroot.
5. Peel the garlic.
6. Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
7. Pass the garlic through a garlic press and add to the beets.
8. Finely chop the nuts.
9. Also finely chop the prunes.
10. Mix all the ingredients and season everything with mayonnaise to your taste.
