The recipe for a delicious Chinese cabbage salad with chicken fillet is suitable for those who love simple and tasty dishes that do not require much time to cook. Juicy cabbage, tender chicken and spicy dressing - three in one!

  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage leaves and cut off the green part from the stalk.
  2. Chop the green part of the leaves into small pieces with your hands and put the Chinese cabbage on a dish.
  3. Peel the carrots and grate them on a medium grater.
  4. Put the carrots on top of the Chinese cabbage leaves.
  5. Salt and pepper the chicken fillet, you can also use spices for chicken. Fry chicken meat on both sides in a pan with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes. The meat should be golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside. Cool the finished fillet and cut across the fibers into small strips.
  6. Lay the chicken fillet on a platter.
  7. Use soy sauce, olive oil, honey and vinegar to make a salad dressing.
  8. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
