Bell pepper soup is an original and delicious yellow cream soup! It doesn't take much effort and money to prepare it, which makes it even more attractive!

  1. Put the pepper, greased with olive oil in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Then take it out and put it in a bowl and let it cool down. Then peel off the peppers and remove the core with seeds.
  3. Grind the pulp of the pepper with a blender or crush it so that the pepper turns into a puree.
  4. Finely chop the onion and finely grate the carrots.
  5. Pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
  6. Then pour 500 ml of water and add coriander. boil.
  7. Cut the melted cheese into small cubes.
  8. Then pour 200 ml of milk into an enamel bowl, add cheese there and put on medium heat (do not bring to a boil!). Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring all the time, until the cheese is completely dissolved.
  9. Then add yellow pepper puree to the milk and cheese and bring to a boil.
  10. And the last step. Now add the milk mixture to the saucepan. Bring to a boil again, season with salt and pepper. Done!
