Berry salad

  1. Pour sugar into a small saucepan, add water.
  2. Rub the zest of the orange.
  3. Put the zest in a saucepan with sugar and water, squeeze the juice from the orange there. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and remove the beans, chop them.
  4. Add to saucepan.
  5. Whisk the sweet sauce well.
  6. Cut the red grapes in half lengthwise. Select bones if available. Cut the strawberries as well. Mix the berries together.
  7. Then cut open the green grapes and also select seeds. Add to the berries in a cup, top with blueberries.
  8. Pour the sweet sauce over the berries and stir.
