  5. Pour in refined sunflower oil and hot water, but not boiling water.
  6. Knead a tough, elastic dough. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Roll out the dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick. Use a glass or any other notch to cut out the circles.
  8. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the minced meat and salt to taste. Put a teaspoon of minced meat in each circle.
  9. Connect the edges of the dough and mold the dumplings into an ear. Place on a floured plate or board.
  10. Cook dumplings. Put the dumplings in boiling salted water, stir so that they do not stick to the bottom. When the dumplings come up, cook them for another 6-7 minutes and remove them from the pan.
  11. Diet chicken dumplings are ready. Serve with butter and sour cream.
