Some people consider the liver to be of poor quality. Take my word for it, but this opinion is erroneous. The liver is the most nutritious and useful product. Therefore, nutritionists recommend the liver for medicinal purposes.

  1. Rinse the liver, remove the film and put in a separate bowl. Cover with milk for 2 hours. Thanks to this, bitterness will come out of the liver, the roll will turn out to be very tender.
  2. Boil the whole liver. Cook the liver in salted water for 10 minutes. Boil 2 eggs. Peel and cut carrots and onions into small pieces. Pass the onions and carrots through a meat grinder and fry this mass in butter or vegetable oil.
  3. Cut the cooled liver into pieces and pass through a meat grinder and add the minced liver to the pan with vegetables. Fry a little liver over low heat. Put all of the pan into a large bowl and add two raw eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix the whole mass well.
  4. Lay out a large sheet of foil on the table. Put our minced meat on a sheet and smooth with a thin layer with a spoon. Grate a packet of frozen butter over the entire surface of the minced meat. Chop the boiled eggs and arrange them along the edge of the minced meat. Lift one edge of the foil where the eggs lie and gently wrap our minced meat in a roll. Wrap the roll in foil and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Take it out of the refrigerator, cut it into pieces ... next to it is a salad of fresh vegetables. An unforgettable feeling!
