  2. Peel the squid from the film. Then cut into rings no thicker than one centimeter.
  3. Wash with a lemon and a half. Gently peel off the zest from one lemon without touching the white part. Prepare juice from these 1.5 lemons.
  4. Pour 50 ml of olive oil into a separate bowl, add juice made from lemons, zest. Stir. Then add finely chopped parsley, finely chopped garlic and chili rings. Stir.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the squid rings for 2-3 minutes. Stir constantly.
  6. Remove the fried calamari from the pan and place them in the prepared marinade. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes. After that, the squids are ready and can be served. Bon Appetit.
