Lovers of Asian dishes should like this soup. The cooking process is not complicated at all, so you don't have to run to a Japanese or Chinese restaurant, we cook ourselves.

  1. Cut the beef into strips, put in a bowl and add soy sauce and sesame oil to the meat. Stir and leave to marinate for half an hour.
  2. Soak dried seaweed for half an hour.
  3. When the marinating time is up, fry the meat in a pan in vegetable oil. Do not fry too much, the meat should be slightly browned. At the end of frying, add chopped garlic and fry with meat for literally 1 minute.
  4. Drain the water from the cabbage and rinse it well, squeeze and cut into smaller pieces.
  5. We send the meat fried with garlic and chopped cabbage to the pan. Fill with water, salt and cook for about 30 minutes. Traditionally, boiled rice and spicy pickled vegetables are served with this soup. Bon Appetit!
