Best Spinach, raisins and pine nuts salad

Spinach, raisins and pine nuts salad is a classic Spanish salad that can be a great light breakfast or snack during the day. Very easy to prepare, very tasty and healthy!

  1. So let's go. Here are our ingredients, for clarity - although all the ingredients seem to be clear and known to everyone.
  2. The first step is to pour boiling water over the raisins and leave in it for 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly, let the water drain.
  4. Cut the white bread into cubes.
  5. Fry the bread cubes in olive oil until crisp (1-2 minutes), then place them on a paper towel or napkins to absorb excess fat.
  6. We do a similar procedure with our pine nuts - lightly fry and put on a napkin. We take the raisins out of the water and put them on a paper towel so that the excess water is absorbed.
  7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. Lightly fry the garlic in olive oil.
  9. Add nuts to the pan, mix, fry a little.
  10. After the nuts, put the spinach in the pan. While stirring, simmer for about 1 minute, maximum 2 minutes. We need slightly softened spinach - 1 minute in a pan is enough for this.
  11. Put the contents of the pan into a plate, add raisins there, mix.
  12. We lay out on plates, add fried bread cubes, if desired, you can salt and pepper or pour with olive oil. Done!
