I suggest you prepare a delicious breakfast. My family really liked these buns with sausage, poached eggs and herbs, I cooked for several days in a row in the morning. And I really liked it. In general, breakfast is what you need, hearty, and most importantly - very tasty, you just lick your fingers!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. Put water in a saucepan to boil.
  3. Wash and dry the greens.
  4. Cut the bun lengthwise into two parts.
  5. Cut the sausage into thin strips.
  6. Chop the onion coarsely, remove the white part. Tear off all the leaves from the parsley. Put the greens in a container, add olive oil, a little salt, grind with a blender.
  7. Fry on both sides in a dry grill pan.
  8. Break the egg into a saucer.
  9. Cut the garlic in half and grate the toasted bun with a cut. Spread the chopped herbs on a bun.
  10. Add apple cider vinegar to boiling water, stir the water with a spoon, make a funnel. Make a quiet fire. Dip the egg carefully into the funnel. Cook for 4 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon, put on a napkin, drain off excess water.
  11. Place arugula and sausage on a bun. Put a poached egg on top, make a small incision so that the yolk flows out a little. Brush the top of the egg with chopped herbs. Serve immediately while the egg is hot.
  12. Breakfast is ready! Bon Appetit!
