  2. Shred thinly.
  3. Rub the cabbage with our hands to make it softer.
  4. Put the cabbage in a salad bowl, season with olive oil and vinegar, mix well. The more you stir, the softer the cabbage will be.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Actually, the blue cabbage salad is ready! Serve immediately.
