  1. Fill the washed breast with cold water. Add chopped onion, thyme and garlic to it (you don't need to peel it). Bring the water to a boil and then cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  2. Rinse the onions and celery, then cut them into small pieces.
  3. Cut the cooled breast into medium-sized cubes.
  4. Combine chopped nuts, celery, chicken and onions in a salad bowl. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the salad. Add chopped parsley at the end. Bon Appetit!
