Boiled chicken breast salad can be served as a separate dish. But thanks to its creamy consistency, you can spread it on toast or put it in a bun to take with you to lunch.

  1. Peel the chicken breast from films and wash under running water. Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil on the stove. Boil the breast in water until tender for half an hour.
  2. While the breast is cooking, prepare a salad dressing. To do this, combine mayonnaise and heavy cream. Add salt and curry. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Peel the celery root, grate it. Cool the chicken breast and cut into cubes or tear into fibers by hand. Open a jar of canned pineapples, drain the liquid and cut the fruit into small pieces if necessary.
  4. Transfer all prepared ingredients to a bowl, add the dressing, mix everything thoroughly. Place the salad in the fridge so that it has time to brew. Serve with fresh bread or toast.
