  1. To prepare the pork, take: a piece of pork fillet (so-called "apple"), garlic, black and red ground pepper, bay leaf, paprika, dry mustard seeds for decoration, salt. You will also need foil.
  2. Peel the garlic and cut into large strips.
  3. Wash and dry the meat with paper towels. Use a knife to make incisions in the fillets and put garlic in them.
  4. Grate the meat with salt, paprika and pepper.
  5. Fold the foil in 2 layers (crosswise) glossy side up. Put the meat in the center.
  6. Sprinkle the top with mustard seeds, cover the meat with bay leaf.
  7. Wrap the meat in foil, but not tightly. Transfer to a fireproof container and pour a small amount of water into it. Bake in this form for 2 hours at a temperature of 180 ° C. Make sure that the water does not evaporate completely.
  8. Transfer the baked meat to a clean sheet of foil, wrap and cool.
  9. Cut the meat into thin slices and serve.
