Bread, sausage and cheese casserole

An original "modification" of the usual hot sandwiches - a casserole of bread, sausage and cheese. It is not difficult to prepare it, and the result is crispy baked croutons and delicious sausage, combined with melted cheese and delicate milk and egg filling. Very satisfying and delicious!

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. I used ham sausage, but any other sausage of your choice will work.
  3. Such a casserole is prepared quickly enough, so we immediately turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Cut the sausage into small cubes.
  5. We also cut the cheese into cubes.
  6. We do the same with bread.
  7. Combine chopped bread, cheese and sausage in a deep bowl. We mix.
  8. Grease a baking dish with high sides with butter. My shape is 26 cm in diameter. We shift the resulting mass into the shape and level it a little.
  9. Combine eggs, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Beat with a fork or whisk until the yolk and white are combined.
  10. Pour in flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  11. Pour in milk. Mix thoroughly again. The milk and egg casserole is ready.
  12. We wash the parsley, dry it, chop finely with a knife and send it to a bowl with filling.
  13. We mix.
  14. Pour the bread with cheese and sausage evenly with milk and egg filling. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
  15. Bread, sausage and cheese casserole is ready. Cool it slightly right in the mold and serve it to the table.
