Bread with vegetables and pickled mushrooms

Bread with vegetables and pickled mushrooms. This dish will look great on the Easter table, and is prepared very easily.

  1. Grate carrots, parsley, garlic, onion and apple, leeks, cut into thin half-pieces, finely chop parsley.
  2. Combine meat with vegetables, eggs, crackers and spices. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Lay baking paper in a baking dish and lightly grease with oil. Put half of the meat in the lower part of the form, and then a layer of mushrooms (whole mushrooms just stick your feet into the stuffing) again the meat and lightly tamped.
  4. Put the dish in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 90 minutes.
  5. Do we get our bread out of the mold after it has cooled completely? do not forget to separate the baking paper.
