Incredibly tasty crumbly buckwheat cooked in clay pots will undoubtedly please even the most demanding gourmet. A good old recipe with the unforgettable aroma of home cooking.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, we need to prepare vegetables. To do this, we peel the onion and cut it into medium cubes. We also clean the carrots and rub them on a coarse grater.
  2. Then we cut the breast into small cubes, transfer to onions and carrots, add pepper and basil and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Pour half a glass of water into a pot and put meat and vegetables in it. Cover with a lid and put in the oven for 1 hour, set the temperature to 220-230 degrees.
  4. After the time has passed, carefully remove the pot from the oven and put the pre-washed buckwheat into it. Add another half glass of boiling water (so that the liquid is 1-1.5 centimeters below the edge), salt, mix gently and add a piece of butter on top. Now it can be returned to the oven by closing the lid. We cook for another half an hour, and when the time is up, turn off the heat and let the pot stand in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Then we take out our buckwheat and enjoy the great taste.
