Do you want to feed the whole family deliciously without standing by the stove all the time you cook? A healthy and tasty dish will languish in the oven, and in order to cook it, you will spend a minimum of effort.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Any part of the chicken can be used for the dish. It works best with chicken legs. An hour and a half before cooking, marinate the legs in a mixture of salt and pepper. Then lightly fry them over high heat in a skillet with vegetable oil.
  2. Buckwheat needs to be poured with 3 cups of boiling water and closed with a lid. We leave it like this for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the buckwheat together with the water in which it was steamed into a baking dish. Add finely chopped garlic and herbs, salt. Put the fried chicken legs and pieces of butter on top of the buckwheat. Close it with a lid or wrap it tightly with foil.
  4. We put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. In order to get a more ruddy chicken, open the lid or foil 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
