A very tasty and at the same time simple dish in which all the ingredients are wonderfully combined with each other. This is a great way to diversify the preparation of regular buckwheat.

  1. To begin with, buckwheat must be sorted out and rinsed thoroughly. Then we put it in a steamer bowl and add a piece of butter, about half, salt.
  2. Place the corn on top (I used frozen) and cook for 40-45 minutes.
  3. While buckwheat and corn are being prepared, we can do the rest of the products. Finely chop the mushrooms and onion and fry in the remaining butter.
  4. When everything is ready, mix all the ingredients, taste and add more salt if necessary.
  5. Now our dish is ready and you can start tasting.
