  1. I peel four onions, rinse in cold water and chop finely.

  4. I put two tablespoons of semolina, stir.
  5. I leave the minced meat for thirty minutes (approximately) for the semolina to swell.
  6. Peel the remaining onion and carrots, chop them, fry the onions in a pan first, and then spread the carrots.
  7. I sort out buckwheat from garbage and mine, then put it in a pan with onions and carrots.
  8. I add bay leaves, salt and pepper to the pan, stir and fry.
  9. I have a big pot (you can take a few small ones) and put the fried buckwheat on the bottom.
  10. I form small meatballs from the minced meat prepared earlier.
  11. I spread the meatballs on top of the buckwheat in a pot.
  12. I fill the contents of the pot with boiling water to the very top.
  13. I send the pot to an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for about 60 minutes.
  14. I put the finished dish in portions on a plate and serve it hot, bon appetit!
