Bulgarian cuisine, in my opinion, is one of the most delicious in the world. Having learned how to cook potatoes in Bulgarian, you will also see this.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to soften.
  2. Beat it thoroughly with cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  4. Cut across into thin slices.
  5. Put 1/3 of the potatoes on the bottom of a greased form, on which - curd filling. Smooth out, put the potatoes again, then the filling. Repeat the procedure 1 more time (the last layer should be cottage cheese), close the form with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200C for 1 hour.
  6. Beat eggs with yogurt, salt and pepper, mix again.
  7. Remove the form from the oven, open the foil. Pour over the sauce and send to the oven for another 20 minutes (reduce the temperature to 180C, no longer cover with foil). Serve Bulgarian-style potatoes hot. Bon Appetit!
