Cabbage and corn salad

Simple, but no less delicious vegetable salad, which will be a great addition to meat and poultry dishes. So, the recipe for salad with cabbage and corn is a delicious, easy and healthy dish!

  1. Finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Place in a bowl and grind with a few pinches of salt.
  3. Open the corn, drain the juice and pour the grains into a bowl of cabbage.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
  5. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and marinate the onion in it for a few minutes.
  6. Wash greens, dry and chop with a knife.
  7. Squeeze the onion lightly and send to a bowl with cabbage and corn. Pour greens there.
  8. Mix the rest of the lemon juice with salt, sugar, pepper and vegetable oil.
  9. Season the salad, stir and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. After that you can eat! :)
