Cabbage cutlets without semolina

A very simple dish to prepare. There was no semolina at hand, so I had to take ordinary flour - it turned out to be no worse, but even better and tastier. Try it!

  1. Grate the cabbage, salt, mash with your hands and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  2. Add grated carrots, flour and eggs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
  4. Shape the minced meat into patties and fry in a skillet until blush. Serve with sour cream or tomato sauce.
