Very simple and unassuming to prepare, cabbage salad will perfectly complement any lunch or dinner.

  1. Peel the cabbage from the upper leaves, cut in half, remove the stalk. Chop the leaves finely. Wash the pepper, cut in half, remove the core, cut the pulp into thin strips. Wash, dry and chop the onion.
  2. Mix the cabbage, peppers and onions. Add hot pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Season the salad with oil, stir again and serve.
