The classic cabbage salad with carrots is a light side dish that goes well with any meal. I cook it very often, my family adores it. Plus, it's a real vitamin bomb!

  1. Chop the cabbage thinly. Put in a bowl, in which you will stir the salad, salt and set aside for 10 minutes to soften the cabbage and let the juice flow.
  2. After 10 minutes, add sugar and lemon juice to the salad and stir again. Cut the carrots and onions into half rings, chop the parsley and dill.
  3. Stir all salad ingredients in one bowl, taste. Add lemon juice if needed. Salt, pepper, season with oil and let it brew for 5-7 minutes. Bon Appetit!
