Of course, you can’t put cabbage salad with eggs and onions on the festive table, but it’s quite suitable as a quick dinner. This salad turns out to be quite satisfying thanks to eggs, but at the same time remains light (if you season it with natural yogurt or low-fat sour cream).

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's prepare all the ingredients. Boil the eggs, peel the onion. Wash and dry greens.
  2. We chop the cabbage into small strips, add a little salt and knead a little with our hands. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes, onion into even smaller cubes (the smaller, the better).
  3. If you are not a fan of onions, then you can pour chopped onion with boiling water and leave for a couple of minutes or marinate it to remove excess bitterness.
  4. Greens finely chop. Mix all the ingredients together, add salt and black pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
  5. Dress the salad just before serving. Choose the dressing to your taste: mayonnaise, sour cream, natural yogurt, or a combination of them (for example, mayonnaise + sour cream 1: 1). A light, but at the same time hearty salad of cabbage and eggs is perfect as a dinner.
  6. Bon appetit!
