  1. Prepare broth for the soup. To do this, wash the chicken pieces and put them in a saucepan, add salt, bay leaf and peppercorns, cover with water and boil for 30-40 minutes. Remove the spices and discard.
  2. While the broth is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Sort the rice and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Cut the onion thinly into half rings; you can also add carrots for color.
  4. Chop the cabbage as thin as possible.
  5. Add rice to the finished broth, boil for 10 minutes.
  6. Add cabbage and onions. Cook for 25 minutes until the soup is fully cooked. Adjust for salt.
