I bring to your attention a recipe for making cabbage with bell pepper - a simple, healthy and very tasty salad. Especially important in summer, but quite doable at any time of the year!

  1. Peel the cabbage from the upper damaged leaves and coarse parts, finely chop.
  2. Grind with salt - if the cabbage is young, then just a little.
  3. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into thin strips.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  5. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  6. Whisk the lemon juice with butter, sugar and pepper.
  7. Wash, dry and chop the greens.
  8. Combine all ingredients in a sufficiently deep bowl. Season, stir and refrigerate for half an hour. Put in a salad bowl and serve!
