  1. The main component of the dish, without which it is impossible to imagine "Caesar", is the original dressing. It's actually quite easy to make it. Send the yolk into a deep bowl (if you are not sure about the quality of the eggs, then it is better to use boiled), chopped garlic, lemon juice, mustard, chopped anchovies (or paste), salt, pepper.
  2. Whisk everything until smooth and add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking.
