Delicious homemade candied fruits are an ideal treat for both children and adults. Such candied fruits can be eaten in almost unlimited quantities. And they prepare simply, but for a long time. Try it!

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Peel and rinse the beets, carrots and ginger.
  3. Cut the beets into small cubes, not too small, but not too large.
  4. Cut the carrots into smaller cubes.
  5. Cut the ginger as well.
  6. Divide the water into 3 equal parts, 250 ml each. Dissolve a third (100 g) sugar in one part water and bring to a boil. Send the beets to the boiling syrup and simmer over low heat until the sugar syrup is boiled down and the cubes are caramelized. Do the same for the carrot cubes and the ginger cubes.
  7. When the syrup has evaporated and the cubes of future candied fruits are caramelized, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put in an oven preheated to 60 degrees. Dry the candied fruit with the door open for about 5-7 hours. You can also use an electric dryer, it's even easier with it.
  8. Candied fruits are ready. They turned out to be very tasty.
