Beans are one of the best sources of protein that the body desperately needs. But not everyone loves her. I know a recipe for how to make canned bean soup that everyone will love!

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, squeeze the garlic into it and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and send to the garlic. After a couple of minutes, add the diced celery, carrots and cauliflower. Saute all vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  3. Then mix the tomato paste with salt, pepper and seasoning. Toss with vegetables.
  4. Transfer vegetables to a saucepan, add barley, beans and bay leaf. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
  5. When the soup starts to boil, skim off the foam, cover and reduce heat. Cook for 30 minutes to an hour, checking the readiness of the cereal.
  6. Remove the bay leaf and sprinkle with herbs before serving. Bon Appetit!
