Canned sardine salad with boiled eggs, fresh apple and green onion is an interesting appetizer made from simple ingredients in a hurry. It is the apple that is the highlight of this recipe, because, you see, this is a very bold ingredient for fish salad. Meanwhile, the apple fits perfectly into the "company", makes the salad juicy and gives a touch of freshness.

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Choose canned fish according to your taste, I use sardines.
  3. To get 170g of canned sardines, I needed 240g of sardines in oil. The mass of a pure product can be found on the label.
  4. An apple is suitable for a hard, sweet and sour.
  5. Hard-boil the eggs (about 10 minutes after boiling water).
  6. Cool eggs in cold water and peel.
  7. Cut boiled eggs into cubes.
  8. Remove the fish pieces from the liquid and place in a deep bowl or salad bowl.
  9. Mash the fish with a fork.
  10. Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater (do not use a head of cabbage).
  11. Cut the green onion into thin rings.
  12. Put the eggs, apple and green onions in a bowl with canned fish.
  13. Add mayonnaise, add salt and black pepper to taste.
  14. Stir the salad.
  15. Canned fish salad with apple and eggs is ready.
  16. You can decorate it with finely chopped green onions.
