Canned fish salads are quite popular. Prepare such a salad for dinner, it is quite nutritious, it will perfectly satisfy your hunger and at the same time, it is light and your stomach will not be hard :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's start by setting the egg to boil. We need a hard boiled egg
  2. While the egg is boiling, let's take care of the vegetables. We wash them and cut them. Tomatoes - in large slices, cucumber - in rings or half-rings. Let's just tear the lettuce leaves with our hands. Put the vegetables on a plate.
  3. Open the canned tuna and spread half the jar over the vegetables.
  4. For refueling, we need canned oil. We collect a tablespoon of oil from a jar of tuna and pour into a small bowl. Add balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic and salt. We mix.
  5. I think the egg has already boiled. We cool it, clean it and cut it into 4-6 pieces. Put them on the salad on top of the tuna.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and lay out the olives. That's all, bon appetit!
