Delicious, easy-to-make canned salmon, cheese and egg salad. Excellent for serving in tartlets, as a spread on sandwiches and as an independent salad.

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, send the melted cheese for 10-15 minutes in the freezer. Open the salmon and mash with a fork, rub the eggs and cheese on a fine grater. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix.
