A light, dietary meal for a snack or light dinner. Canned White Bean Salad - An improvisation that turned out to be a success. Salad is now a frequent guest in our house.

  1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Top with white beans.
  3. Chop the onion, basil and oregano (if fresh) and add to the salad bowl too.
  4. Now refueling. Add olive oil, squeeze out the juice from half a lemon, pepper and salt to taste.
