Another traditional pasta recipe is quick, inexpensive, and very tasty. True carbonara is prepared in 15 minutes and cream has no place in it. All you need are fresh eggs, a piece of fatty pork brisket, and a handful of grated Parmesan cheese. Well, spaghetti.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta in well-salted water according to the time on the package. Save the cup of water in which the pasta was cooked.
  2. Cut the brisket into coarse pieces and fry in a pan. While the brisket is frying, mix the yolks with Parmesan until smooth. When the brisket is ready, add the pasta to the pan, a little water in which it was cooked, and a mixture of egg yolks and parmesan. Stir and serve immediately.
