This is a light dietary carrot salad with walnuts, honey and olive oil. The dish is perfect for those who go in for sports. Carrots will saturate with vitamins, and nuts and honey will give you strength!

  1. Rinse and peel carrots thoroughly.
  2. Grate all carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Add olive oil to it, stir.
  4. Chop the nuts and lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
  5. Pour the nuts into the salad, also add honey, slightly warmed up in a water bath.
  6. Stir and enjoy. Bon Appetit!
