This cauliflower and potato puree is mainly prepared for toddlers when complementary foods start or simply as a side dish. Steamed cutlets, boiled meat or fish are well suited to such mashed potatoes.

  1. This dish is prepared not only for children, but also adults who eat right, refer this side dish to dietary nutrition. Mashed cauliflower and potatoes are prepared without oil and with a minimum amount of salt. First you need to divide the cabbage into inflorescences. We need quite a few inflorescences (no more than 100 grams).
  2. Clean the potato and cut into cubes.
  3. We send cabbage with potatoes to salted boiling water and cook until tender. You can use a small saucepan or slow cooker for cooking.
  4. After cooking the vegetables, take them out of the water with a slotted spoon and send them to the blender. Grind to a state of puree without adding oil, spices and salt.
