Tender cauliflower goes well with mayonnaise. Even the fattest mayonnaise will lose some of its "weight" if you make a cauliflower salad with tomatoes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Defrost cauliflower. Disassemble into inflorescences.
  2. Bring to a boil salted water.
  3. Dip cabbage in boiling water, and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Discard through a colander to get rid of excess water.
  5. Cut tomatoes into slices or cubes. Chop the onion.
  6. When the cabbage has cooled, put it in a salad bowl, and add tomatoes and onions. Salt. Add mayonnaise.
  7. Put the salad in the fridge for a while to drain better.
  8. If the cauliflower salad does not have a spicy enough taste, you can add spices, sprinkle with herbs or smell a little garlic.
