Cauliflower fried with garlic, Parmesan cheese, herbs in the oven. Light vegetarian meal.

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut the cauliflower into flowers. Rinse.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Add cauliflower and stir until well covered with mixture. Place the cabbage on a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in oven for 45 minutes, turn every 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan for the last 15 minutes.
  4. After the cabbage is ready, sprinkle with chopped parsley. and serve.
