I am sharing a classic recipe for chicken breast broth! A great option for a quick first course or a diet lunch. The home remedy for colds for those who like to get sick is delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We wash the breasts well, place them in cold water and put them on fire. Now we add all the spices, except for salt and ground spices. But add bay leaf and peppercorns. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. If foam forms, be sure to remove it. Without foam, the broth will be perfectly clear, as expected. Then let the chicken cook over low heat until tender. We add cubes of potatoes to the pan, and fry the onions in a pan.
  3. When both the chicken and potatoes are ready, add the onion (along with the rest of the oil from the pan) and spinach to the soup. But we'll take out the chicken and cut it into pieces.
  4. Add the chopped chicken back to the soup. Now add salt and seasoning to taste. Turn off the fire, let it stand under the lid for at least half an hour. And then pour it into plates and serve!
