  1. Cut the skinless chicken breast into small pieces: strips or cubes. Lightly salt, add two tablespoons of oil and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. In a dry frying pan, fry the seeds with a pinch of salt.
  3. Then add frying oil to the pan and fry the chicken breast pieces until lightly browned. Then let the meat cool.
