I lightly beat the chicken fillet and fry it in cheese breading for several minutes, and I serve cherry tomato salad as a side dish for chicken chops with cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour flour into a deep mold or bowl. Pour the eggs into another bowl. In a third bowl, combine cheese and breadcrumbs. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper on all sides. Take one chop at a time and roll first in flour on all sides, then in an egg and then in cheese with crumbs. Shake off excess. Bread all chicken chops in this way.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil. Place two chops in the preheated skillet and fry the chicken and cheese chops until golden brown on all sides, about 2 minutes per side. Pour 3 more tablespoons of oil into the pan and fry the remaining two chops. Place the fried chicken chops with cheese on a paper towel to drain the fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, garlic, basil and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, salt and pepper the salad to taste.
  4. Serve chicken chops with tomato salad on serving plates immediately.
