Chicken noodles are one of the most popular homemade soups. It always turns out to be very tender and tasty. This is a very light soup, which is also very quick and easy to prepare.

  1. Pour flour on the table with a slide, make a depression in the center. Grind eggs with salt and add to flour. Add water and knead hard dough.

  5. Place the chicken in a saucepan, add water, chopped carrots, chopped parsley and black peppercorns. Salt to taste.
  6. Cook until tender. Add the bay leaf 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  7. Remove the chicken from the soup, strain the broth, bring to a boil, and then add the noodles.
  8. Cook on a slow simmer until the noodles float. Grind the chicken and add to the soup.
  9. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and serve immediately.
