  3. While the garlic is fried, let's take care of the meat: rinse it thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  5. Cut the onion into half rings.
  6. Next, add carrots and onions to the multicooker. Close the lid and continue to fry for 10-15 minutes.
  7. After the specified time, we spread the meat to the vegetables. Simmer until the multicooker signal sounds.
  8. Meanwhile, rinse the rice several times, drain the water.
  9. Add the washed rice to the multicooker, pour in water and set the "Pilaf" mode. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with seasonings. The main thing is not to overdo it with them! Do not add a lot of seasonings, otherwise the pilaf will taste bitter. You can also add your favorite spices of your choice.
